    Silvercar is hiring for a Human Resources Business Partner to join to support our growing, dynamic, and fast paced business. The HRBP will be responsible for full cycle HR responsibilities in partnership with the corporate HR team, regional management and employees nationwide. This role will help align business strategy with the three pillars of HR; attract, train and retain top talent. This position reports directly to the Director of Human Resources within the administration group, reporting through the CAO.
     
    As an HRBP, you will:
     
    ●       Partner with Management to communicate various human resource policies, procedures, employment laws, standards and government regulations
    ●       Respond to employee relations issues and counsel employees on work related matters
    ●       Review and approve corrective counseling and guide management through the process
    ●       Full cycle hiring process, from sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, to hiring and orientation
    ●       Update and maintain ATS and HRIS files to ensure we are in full legal compliance, as well as run reports for HR statistics
    ●       Work closely with management and team members to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity, drive employee engagement, assist with recognition and retention programs.
    ●       Develop, document, and maintain job descriptions
    ●       Develop a consultative role and facilitate positive employee relations through coaching employees and managers, deploying and interpreting guidelines and supporting performance development
    ●       Strong ability to produce reports and conduct related analysis as a tool for assessing effectiveness, quality and accuracy in all disciplines of HR practice
    ●       Support HR and Ops with training and knowledge base support as needed
    ●       Attend meetings and coordinate with a variety of departments to determine HR needs and deliver on expectations
    ●       Develop strong working relationship with hiring managers across all teams
    ●       Travel to location sites to help recruit and retain employees as well as conduct occasional trainings

    ●       Performance will be measured on this person’s ability to attract, train and retain employees that will reflect positively on the Silvercar values and customer experience expectations.  
    ●       Ability to deliver on assigned duties with the desired results on a timely basis

    The successful candidate will possess the confidence and social acuity to navigate rapid paced daily interactions between frontline employee, mid-level management, and C level management with a strong emphasis on verbal, nonverbal and written communication skills.

    ●       You must be able to follow the rules and support the SOPs yet work with the team to edit and update the same SOPs as needed.

    ●       You’re flexible and adaptable. You know priorities change and you’re ready to pivot.
    ●       You’re a great communicator. You know how to present your work and tailor the delivery to your audience, whether a crowd or one on one.
     
    Qualifications:


    ●       Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent years of related experience, as demonstrated.
    ●       PHR preferred, but not required
    ●       3-5 years of HR generalist experience
    ●       Flexible schedule availability
    ●       Knowledge of employment laws (state and federal) and practices
    ●       Ability to troubleshoot, use critical thinking and problem solve HR related concerns
    ●       Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
    ●       Ability to maintain high level of professionalism and confidentiality
    ●       Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite
    ●       Demonstrate business acumen and ethical business practices
    ●       Functional experience in employee relations, compensation, performance management, and recruitment
    ●       Effective written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the organization, articulate, excellent grammar and spelling a must
    ●       A strong ability to problem-solve and make critical decisions on your own that meet the constraints of budgets or assigned goals.
    ●       Excellent team player and ability to effectively communicate and make best use of interpersonal skills within the team environment
    ●       Be self-motivated and independent, confident, energetic, and creative
    ●       Ability to travel 20-30% of the time, as needed
    ●       Ability to manage travel planning
