Sales Enablement Director
Lifion/ADP is hiring a Sales Enablement Director/Global Product Consultant for our NY office
Product Consultants are technical consultants to clients, ADP's enterprise sales team and ADP's client support teams with a specialty in one of the pillars of Human Capital Management; the pillars include Time (eTime), Talent (RM and RPO), Benefits (Health & Welfare and spending products), Payroll (Vantage, Enterprise, WFN), Global (Globalview, Streamline, Success Factors). They understand the client's business requirements around that pillar, technical requirements and/or competitive landscape. They provide presales and consulting services for that pillar which may include: collaboration with the sales and product teams to define, design, and detail the technical aspects and feasibility of proposed solutions; deliver Proof of Concepts demonstrations of that pillar of the ADP HCM solutions (onsite or remote) in conjunction with the full HCM team; develop and deliver technical enablement; support critical situations; design solutions; and answer technical questions.
When engaged in a specific opportunity or project, you will be responsible for the technical accuracy of the proposed solution for that pillar and how it is incorporated within the overall HCM solution.
In this role you will not only support large, complex solutions including multiple HCM products such as Time and Labor Management, Talent Management and recruiting, Payroll and Compliance and Benefits, you will work cross-functionally with the Sales, Product Management, and Services and Support organizations to ensure the success of the overall HCM solution with our customers. You will provide feedback to the product and Dev teams on issues with the product in the field, and you will work to help enable internal resources to help grow the ADP Human Capital Management ecosystem. You will have the opportunity to learn at the leading edge of HCM technologies in business. This is a role for a driven individual who wants to excel today and in the future.
